Triad HR is a group of highly experienced HR technology consultants who helps human resource operations during the transformation of its Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Our goal is to provide HR operations teams with the extra capacity, skill sets, experience, and expertise needed to successfully implement new systems.

1. Strategy

3. Project Management

While the Implementation Partner will have project management resources it is the Client’s responsibility to lead and direct the overall project. In larger scale projects, a Program Manager may also be needed to lead several project tracks and partner with senior leaders to drive transformational change. Triad HR’s Project Managers are problem solvers bringing years of HR technology implementation experience to navigate the always present challenges in complex HR technology initiatives. At Triad HR we bring project governance templates and experienced Program Managers, and Project Managers to ensure your project comes in on time and on budget.

4. Business Process Analysis

In any HR technology project gathering and documenting requirements for the new system is the responsibility of you, the Client. You need resources who are experts in gathering requirements, documenting business processes and recommending best practices along the way. At Triad HR our Business Analysts cover every function in HR and have experience designing best practice business processes and translating business needs to technical speak for your System Implementer saving you time and money.

5. Data Conversion & Testing

Your Implementation Partner will be world class in configuring your new system and loading your data; however, it is you, the Client, who will be responsible for getting clean data out of your legacy system and user acceptance testing your new cloud-based system. At Triad HR we have Data Conversion Specialists to assist with your part of data conversion by assisting with data cleansing and converting your legacy data to load templates. We also have Business Analysts who have extensive experience managing test scripts for your project and leading UAT efforts, saving you time and increasing your overall accuracy of implementation.

6. Post-Production "Business as Usual" Model

Triad HR has specific experience working with HR Operations leaders to choose the right post-production model that may be a mix of internal resources and third-party partners. This end state must be in mind when choosing HR Systems and System Implementors and designing the to be business processes and technology landscape. Failure to plan ahead may result in post-production surprises impacting the end user experience negatively as well as unplanned costs. Credibility is important and clients get one chance to get it right with leaders, managers and associates.
